RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All clearance items, gift cards, and $5 bin items are final sale. No exceptions.

RETURNS — CANADA & USA

Not the right fit? Changed your mind? No problem. We accept returns within 31 days of delivery as long as the item is in the same condition it was received.

We cover return shipping for all orders within Canada and the USA.

How to return:

  1. Email us at returns@kilindoni.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief reason for the return.
  2. We’ll respond with a prepaid return label and packing instructions.
  3. Ship the item within 14 days of receiving the return label.
  4. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus original shipping) or offer store credit if you prefer. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear.

We do not issue refunds unless we receive the item back in its original condition.

RETURNS — INTERNATIONAL

We accept returns from outside Canada and the USA within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

We are unable to provide a prepaid return label or cover international return shipping.

Please be aware that return shipping from outside North America can cost $50 to $100 CAD or more. Keep this in mind when placing your order.

How to return:

  1. Email us at returns@kilindoni.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and your return request.
  2. We’ll respond with approval and return instructions.
  3. Ship your return using any carrier you prefer.
  4. Include a printed copy of your order confirmation email inside the package.
  5. Ship the item within 14 days of receiving return approval.

We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return your item for store credit and use it toward anything else you’d like
